System Status

This page can help you diagnose connection problems to the servers associated with your Renaissance site.

These steps tell you how district level administrators see system status; other users can also see system status in the Customer Center.

How do I get to this page?

  1. On the Home page, select your name in the upper-right corner. In the drop-down list, select Manage Apps & Users.

  2. Select Product Administration.
  3. Under Product Setup, select Subscriptions & Capacity.
  4. On the Subscriptions & Capacity page, select System Status.

How to see the status of my system

Who can do this with default user permissions?

District Level Administrators

Connection problems can prevent you from using Renaissance products. If you are noticing slowness, the current status symbol can help you diagnose the cause.

  • Select any of the available Newer, Current, or Older buttons to change the timeframe of events you are looking at.
  • Hover over a symbol or see the Legend to see what each symbols represents.

Use your browser's Back button or select one of the links at the top of the page to go somewhere else.
