Use this page to search for and select personnel whose information you want to view or edit. Personnel include administrators, staff, and teachers.
How do I get to this page?
- On the Home page, select your name in the upper-right corner. In the drop-down list, select Manage Apps & Users.
- Select Users.
- Select the Personnel tab.
How to View Personnel
Who can do this with default user permissions?
District Level Administrators, District Staff, School Level Administrators, School Staff (View only)
- To find a specific person, type the person's name, user name, or ID in the blank field.
- Select the Search icon.
- The matching personnel will be listed; select the name of the person whose record you want to view or edit. (If the list is long, you won't see all of the results, but you can select Prev and Next to navigate through the list.)
The View Personnel page will show the person's information. The options that are available on that page depend on your position and the user permissions you've been given.
