Multi-Site User Access

To accommodate scenarios where one user may need the ability to access multiple Schoolzilla customer sites, we allow authorized users to toggle between customer sites without having to use separate logins or email addresses.

Additionally, users can switch sites from the logout/exit button, My Schools and My Data.

In addition, you can now see the name of the district on My Schools to provide you with more information about which district you are currently viewing.

Partner agencies that are using Schoolzilla can expect the following functionality:

  • Districts with Schoolzilla Starter: Authorized staff at partner agencies are able to log into Renaissance's educator portal and then can access Schoolzilla via a button on this page (as long as this user has been added to Renaissance Growth Platform and has permission to view Schoolzilla).
  • Districts with a premium version of Schoolzilla: Authorized staff at supporting agencies are able to log in directly at app.schoolzilla.com if at least one district is using Schoolzilla's user management (e.g., users are added via Schoolzilla's standard processes).
  • Districts with a premium version of Schoolzilla only using Renaissance's user management (e.g., users are added via Renaissance's processes): Users will be able to log into Renaissance's educator portal and then can access Schoolzilla via a button on this page (as long as this user has been added to Renaissance Growth Platform and has permission to view Schoolzilla). Users may also go to app.schoolzilla.com to log in, but they will be redirected to Renaissance's user login page.

Note: Schoolzilla will not create users or grant permissions for users to district sites on behalf of partner organizations without prior approval from the district.
