The remaining steps for setting a goal depend on the type of goal that you select. Click one of the following links for more information:
- At the top of the Set a Goal page, click the Select link or the Select button to the right. (If a class is already selected, you can select the Change Selection button to choose a different one.)
- In the window that opens, choose the school in the first column if necessary. Then, choose a class in the second column. (You can search the items in a column by clicking within that column and then typing Ctrl+F or control-F on the keyboard.) In the third column, first choose whether to select all students in the class or some (Select Students). If you choose "Select Students," check the students whose goals you want to set. When you're finished, select Apply.
- Next, after "Type of goal," use the first drop-down list to choose whether to set a reading goal or a math goal.
- Use the second drop-down list to choose the type of goal that you want to set.
