Need More Help?
There are several ways for you to find more information about Renaissance software or the task you want to perform:
- Use the Contents links on the left to find what you need. (In a smaller help window, select Browse Help Content at the top of the window, then select the product name to see the Contents.)
- Use the search field at the top of this help page to find what you are looking for. When you do this, the program searches all the help for all Renaissance products. Since the search covers all available help, this is the best way to find what you need.
- Select Other Products on the left, or, in smaller help windows, select Browse Help Content at the top of the window, then select Other Products. This takes you to a list of Renaissance products. Click one of the product names to see the Contents for that product's help.
- Click Live Chat in the top-right corner of the Home page to chat with a member of our support team.
- Go to www.renaissance.com/resources/ to find more information and links to videos and recorded webinars.
- Go to the Knowledge Base at http://support.renaissance.com/techkb/.
