Stopping a Practice or Test
Stopped practices and tests cannot be resumed in MathFacts in a Flash.
Stopped practices and tests are saved (tracked in reports and the student details information) when students are working in MathFacts in a Flash at school. They are not saved when students work in Renaissance Home Connect.
The Assignment Book, Class Progress Report, and
Student Record Report track both completed and stopped
practices and tests. These reports do not distinguish between completed and
stopped work. Example: A student completes two tests, two practices, and
stops while taking a third test. The Assignment Book, Class Progress Report,
and Student Record Report would all show 3 tests and 2 practices. The Student Progress Report identifies stopped practices and tests
with an asterisk and footnote on the bar chart page.
You can stop a student's practice or test before the student finishes it.
- To stop a practice or test, press Ctrl+A or control+A on a keyboard, or select Stop Practice or Stop Test in the top left corner of the screen.
-
If the program asks if you want to exit the practice or test, select Yes.
-
If the program asks for the monitor password, type it in the blank field and select OK.
You must use the password set up for the test monitors; you cannot use your own password.
