Student (Capacity) Limit
If your school or district has used up its student capacity, some students may see a message saying that the limit has been reached or exceeded when they try to use Accelerated Reader.
When this message appears, students who haven't taken any Accelerated Reader Quizzes yet will not be allowed to take a quiz. If you would like to purchase more capacity, contact your software administrator or your Renaissance representative.
To see the student capacity that your school has used and has available, district administrators can follow these steps:
- Select your name in the top right corner of the Home page. Then, choose Manage Apps & Users.
- Select Product Administration on the Manage Apps & Users page.
- Select Subscriptions & Capacity on the Product Administration page. You will go to the Subscriptions and Capacity page, where you can see the subscription dates, capacity used, and capacity available.
On the Subscriptions and Capacity page, you will also see a link for purchasing additional capacity if you need it.
